How do I sign up for Arilion's Service?

To signup for Arilion's filtered Internet Service, call our Tech Support Office. (256) 539-7880 or (877) 466-7676.

Want to view or make change to your account?

To change your password, view your online usage or view a current billing statment, use our online customer support center. A registration number and password are required to access this section our web site. If you do not have this information for your account, click the link below and have it emailed to you.

How do I add new email accounts?

To add email accounts to your primary service, sign on to our Customer Support site. Click on "view / edit plans", scroll down to the email section and click "Add" to add new email accounts up to your plan limit. If you need to change a password for an email account, click the "edit" button next to that email account and change the password. Once your finished click the "save" button. Or if you prefer you can call our Tech Support Office or send an email to Arilion Support. One of our Tech Support staff will be glad to assist you.

Does Arilion offer an Accelerated Dial up Program?

Actually, Arilion is putting the finishing touch's on it's new Accelerated Dial program. We hope to have it ready within a couple of weeks. Watch the web site and your email for more information.
